Interesting white
This wine is fresh and packed with flavours in the pear stonefruit spectrum. It is quite substantial and drinks well on its own. I sense a lot of effort has gone into working out the best blend of the five varieties. For me a really interesting change of pace. I thank Tamada for importing such a wine.
TKEMALI CLASSIC RED sauce is the best solution for red meat BBQ. It is much better than ketchup. Also, Tkemali is a necessary ingredient for authentic soup kharcho. I gave it for my Australian friends as a Christmas present and they like it.
Imeretian Marigold Tagetes Saffron is an excellent ingredient for a tea, bakery, fish and meat. It has flavour of honey and flowers with nutty undertone.
Nice flowing consistency with yummy chunks of spicy goodness. Not the same ajika I remember from USSR times - heaps better! Not salty, not overpowering hot - just right on my shashlik or steak
