Terms & Conditions for use of the site, which you may access in several ways, apply whenever you access the site, regardless of how you access the site. This website is designed to inform customers of the range of goods available from Tamada Pty Ltd, to provide independent reviews of those products and to provide background information on the producers represented in Australia by the company.

Users of this Site (Users) accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which are subject to change at the Operator’s sole discretion. Your use of and access to this Site indicates your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, as they exist at that time. 

Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your purchase to us within 14 days of the date you received it, no questions asked. Please send it back to us in its original packaging. Credits are issued in the form of store credit given there is no product damage once the goods arrive back to our warehosue. Your refund total will equal the merchandise price, less the actual shipping costs associated with both initial and return shipment. This is irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order.

For claims on faulty wines please ensure you return bottles at least 85% full, re seal with original cork  and post it back to our Warehouse for assessment. You must email us your claim on the same day the faulty bottle was opened, immediately reseal it and post it on the next available business day. If faults claimed are confirmed you will be issued with a store credit plus shipping fees upon proving a copy of the postage invoice.
