Ajika is a well-known Georgian blend of chilies and spices. There are two traditional recipes: Megruli and Abkhazuri, named after two regions of Western Georgia. This special mix of Ajika has best of both and is made to a family recipe which has been passed through the generations. Ajika is very versatile and goes well with potato chips, eggs, sprinkled on roast potatoes or used to marinate roasted or grilled meat.
