Named after a small village in the Rioni Gorge of the mountainous Racha-Lechkhumi region, north-central Georgia, this semi-sweet wine is made from specially selected Tsolikouri grapes. It has high levels of natural sweetness due to its warm climate. Clear pale gold, it offers dominant aromas of kiwi, green apple, peach and roasted nuts. The fresh aroma is deliciously combined with its velvety sweet taste. Perfect with all kinds of deserts and spicy Asian food, or chilled on its own.

A white-grape variety, it is grown mainly in Racha-lechkhumi region and reaches its full maturity by late October. Its average productivity per-hectare amounts to 7-9 tonnes and it is particularly well-suited for premium white dry, sparkling and naturally sweet wines. Principal micro-zones: Baghdati and Zestaphoni regions; village Tvishi. Tsolikouri grapes harvested only in Tvishi micro-zone is used to make this wine.

Fermentation: The juice is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 14/15°C.
