Big, lush and concentrated with red and black fruits at its core, it boasts a distinctive character with intense tannins and pleasant flavors of sweet earth, blackberries, black gooseberries, smoke and subtle hints of minerals, with dark chocolate, tobacco and leather leading into a long finish. Aged in oak for 15 months, has tremendous aging potential. Enjoy it with a char grilled rump steak

Fermentation: 100% of the wine goes to French oak barrels for 15 months to create a complex palate of oak, tannins, fruit and vanilla.
Cellaring: Saperavi can cellar for many years (up to 25/30 years). While aging it undergoes amazing structural changes - tannins become rounder and fuller, colour becomes near chalk black.
