The highest mountain in Georgia, Mount Shkhara at 5,201m is located in Svaneti. and Ushguli is considered the highest all-year-round inhabited settlement in Europe at 2100m above sea level.
You can use this seasoning spice blend on absolutely anything from flavouring when cooking variety of meat, fish, potato and soup dishes or use it as a condiment on salads, avocado toast, boiled, poached or fried eggs.
